The terms “EVADI”, “Evadi Career Counselling Services”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to the owners of this website and service. The term “you”, “user”, “client”, “student”, or “applicant” refers to any individual accessing, browsing, or using our website and/or services
1. Nature of Services – EVADI’s Role
EVADI is an independent career guidance and counselling organisation. We are not directly affiliated with any university, college, school, coaching centre, government body, or foreign institution unless explicitly stated
Our services are strictly meant for:
- Career guidance
- Educational counselling
- Profile analysis
- Admission advisory assistance
- Skill and career mapping
- General information support
EVADI does NOT guarantee admission, scholarship, job placement, visa approval, or seat confirmation in any institution, organisation, or country. All final admissions, selections, approvals and decisions rest solely with the concerned institution or authority.
2. EVADI’s Obligations
EVADI agrees to:
a) Guidance Only
We guide and mentor students and parents by offering:
- Career awareness
- Course and college information
- Stream selection counselling
- Skill analysis
- Education roadmap planning
All forms, applications, documents and submissions must be filled and submitted by the student/parent. EVADI only provides support, guidance and strategic inputs.
b) Work Plan & Timelines
Each student may be provided a customised career and study plan. Any deadlines suggested by EVADI are for internal guidance and planning only. EVADI will not be responsible for missed institutional deadlines due to delayed action from the user.
c) Communication & Response
Our main mode of communication is:
- Phone call
- Online/Offline counselling sessions
We aim to respond to all queries within 24–48 working hours wherever possible.
d) Confidentiality
All personal information, academic details, assessments and reports shared with EVADI will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
e) Counsellor Assignment
Students may be guided by one or more EVADI counsellors depending on availability and expertise. EVADI reserves the right to assign or reassign counsellors if required.
3. User’s Responsibilities
By using EVADI services, you agree that:
- a) Original Information
All information provided by you (marksheets, documents, name, age, interests, scores, records) must be true and accurate. EVADI will not be responsible for false or misleading information submitted by the client.
b) Active Participation
Career counselling is a collaborative process. Students/parents are expected to actively participate, respond on time, and complete required tasks.
- c) Regular Communication
You agree to stay in regular communication and inform EVADI of:
- Schedule changes
- Exam dates
- Application deadlines
- Major decisions
- d) Respectful Behaviour
Any form of misbehaviour, harassment, abusive language, or misconduct with EVADI staff will result in immediate discontinuation of services without any refund.
4. Scope of Services
EVADI offers guidance in areas such as:
- Career Counselling (School & College students)
- Stream selection (Arts / Science / Commerce)
- Under Graduation guidance
- Post Graduation guidance
- Skill-based career options
- Professional courses guidance
- Entrance exam awareness
- Profile building support
EVADI does not provide:
- Entrance coaching
- Visa processing
- Job placement guarantee
- Document forgery or creation
- Scholarship processing
- Official application submission
We only guide and support within ethical and legal boundaries.
5. Fees & Payment Policy
- All fees paid to EVADI are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-adjustable
- Fees are applicable only for the selected service and duration
- Payment must be made in advance before starting the service
- EVADI does not collect any college/university fees on behalf of any institution
- All college/university fees must be paid directly by the student
6. Limitation of Liability
All services are provided on an “as is” and “best effort” basis.
EVADI shall not be responsible or liable for:
- Admission rejection from any institution
- Non-selection in interviews
- Low exam scores
- Visa rejection (if applicable)
- Change of rules by universities or government
- Loss of opportunity due to delayed student action
- Technical issues with websites or platforms
Under no circumstances shall EVADI, its team or associates be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising out of using our services.
7. Working Hours & Appointments
EVADI Working Hours:
Monday – Saturday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST)
- Sessions are conducted by appointment only.
- Each session must be scheduled in advance.
- Emergency sessions are subject to availability.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content available on EVADI’s website and platforms, including:
- Text
- Videos
- Graphics
- Logos
- Course material
- Designs
- Reports
- Worksheets
Are the sole property of EVADI – Evadi Career Counselling Services and cannot be copied, reproduced, or reused without written permission.
9. Website & Content Usage
You agree not to:
- Copy or misuse the content
- Distribute EVADI materials without permission
- Misrepresent EVADI services or staff
- Use the website for unlawful purposes
Any misuse may result in legal action.
