Refund Policy – EVADI (Evadi Career Counselling Services)
At EVADI, we strive to provide honest, ethical, and professional career counselling services. Kindly read our Refund Policy carefully before subscribing to any service.
1. Non-Refundable Services
All EVADI services are non-refundable after the commencement of service,
Once the service has commenced, no refund will be applicable for regular counselling services.
2. Definition of “Commencement of Service”
The service shall be considered as commenced if any one of the following has occurred:
- Telephonic counselling session
- Video counselling session
- Face-to-face counselling session
- Start of any Career Assessment / Aptitude / Multiple Intelligence / Interest-Based Test by the student
After this point, the service will be considered active and no refund shall be entertained
3. Refund in Case of Non-Commenced Service
If the subscribed service has not commenced, then the amount paid will be refunded after deducting an administrative charge of ₹1,000 only.
This applies to all standard EVADI counselling services.
4.Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to EVADI services and making payment, the subscriber confirms that:
- They have read and fully understood the Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy
- They voluntarily agree and accept these policies
5. Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes, if any, will be subject to Indian laws only, under the jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra courts.
