3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
At EVADI Career Counselling Services, we value transparency in our financial practices.
Consultation Fee
- Once a counselling session is conducted, the consultation fee is non-refundable.
- If a payment is made but the session has not been conducted, a reschedule can be requested within 7 days.
Program / Package Fee
- Fees paid for bundled services or programs are non-refundable once services have started.
- In special cases, partial refunds may be considered at the discretion of management.
Cancellation by EVADI
If a session or program is cancelled by EVADI due to unforeseen reasons, students will be offered:
- A full refund, OR
- An option to reschedule at no extra cost
All refund decisions made by EVADI Career Counselling Services will be final.
